Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong skills in Optimizely CMS (formerly Episerver)
• Experience with design, development (front-end and back-end), and support of CMS.
• Familiarity with FloridaDisaster.org and FloridaDisasterFoundation.org layout and design.
• Must comply with agency ethical, professional standards, and pass background checks if required.
• Resource must be capable of wireframing, QA testing, project coordination, and SEO guidance.
