Qualifications

• Technical Associate degree or Certificate in Laser Electro Optics or related discipline, with 0–1 year experience or 1+ year related experience.

Responsibilities

• Works on semi-routine assignments requiring deviation recognition from accepted practice.
• Operate laser beam analyzers, optical power meters, power supplies and oscilloscopes.
• Support Lean Initiatives including 3S weekly & 6S monthly activities.
• Ensure a safe work environment and cultivate safe behaviors.
• Participate in identifying creative solutions to problems.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment; interact with cross-functional groups.
