Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing/production, preferably optics/electronics.
• Ability to work with small components and use precision tools (e.g., microscopes, calipers, soldering irons).
• Experience with test equipment and data acquisition systems.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manufacturing instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated assembly of optical components and modules according to detailed instructions.
• Conduct in-process and final testing of products using specified equipment and procedures.
• Operate and maintain production equipment, including calibration and basic troubleshooting.
• Document production activities, test data, and quality control information accurately.
• Identify and report defects, process deviations, and equipment malfunctions.
• Adhere to safety regulations, cleanroom protocols, and quality management systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• May assist in training junior production technicians.
