Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated assembly of optical components and modules according to detailed manufacturing instructions and process specifications.
• Conduct in-process and final testing of products using specified equipment and procedures; analyze test results and identify deviations.
• Operate and maintain production equipment, including calibration and basic troubleshooting.
• Document production activities, test data, and quality control information accurately.
• Identify and report product defects, process anomalies, and equipment malfunctions to supervisors or engineering staff.
• Adhere to safety rules, cleanroom protocols, and quality management system requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization.
• May assist in training junior production technicians on tasks and procedures.
