Position Details

Base pay range: $35.00/hr - $43.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company's products and services.
• Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking, setting up, cleaning, and organizing displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, and securing fragile and high-shrink items.
• Maintain the Optical sales floor according to company policies, handle claims and returns, organize merchandise, and identify shrink and damages.
• Receive and stock merchandise in the Optical area, organize and maintain the space following procedures, and complete necessary documentation.
• Operate hardware such as cash registers, process purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges, and assist with payments using appropriate procedures.
• Sell Optical products and services by assisting Members, measuring, adjusting, repairing frames and lenses, completing eyewear/contact lens orders, verifying prescriptions, and completing documentation.

Additional Compensation
