Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Optician to drive profitable sales while delivering exceptional Guest service in a busy retail setting.

The role requires ABO certification, 2+ years in retail optical, and strong communication. You will fill prescriptions, fit lenses and frames, and support the team to ensure guest satisfaction and a WOW experience. We offer competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• ABO Certification.
• 2+ years in Retail Optical.
• Basic computer skills.
• Independent and self-motivated.
• Ability to grow sales through sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable store sales by fostering a retail selling culture.
• Develop professional business relationships with Team Members.
• Fill ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions and fit lenses and frames.
• Ensure high quality/timely product manufacturing/fabrication.
• Verify visual acuity and interpret prescriptions.
• Measure pupillary distances and select frame sizes.
• Fit and adjust eyewear to the face.
• Dispense contact lenses and quality products.
