This is not your typical optician job. We are not looking for a typical optician.

What You Will Do

• Help customers find the right eyewear solutions via phone, chat, and email

Requirements

• Experience as an optician, ABO preferred but not required depending on experience
• Strong understanding of prescriptions, lenses, and frame fitting principles
• Ability to explain complex optical concepts in simple terms
• Comfortable working across phone, chat, and email communication
• Retail or customer facing experience is a plus
