Qualifications

• 2+ years optician experience.
• 2+ years knowledge of complete eye exam tests and procedures.
• Certified Optician - American Board of Opticianry preferred

Responsibilities

• Customer service and coordination with customers and vendors.
• Maintains customer and vendor schedules.
• Answers calls and concerns from customers and suppliers.
• Assists patients with eyewear returns and minor adjustments.
• Performs eyewear measurements and completes the prescription order.
• Assists in teaching contact lens insertion and care.
• Places orders for contact lenses per doctors prescription.
• Receives contact lenses and notifies patients of product arrival.
• Monitors trial contact lens supplies.
• Collects retail payments and daily reconciliation.
