Job summary

Vision Innovation Partners in Kingston, PA is seeking an experienced Optician to help patients select frames and lenses, process orders, and ensure a flawless optical experience. You will guide prescriptions, demonstrate strong customer service, and work with our practice management system to handle payments.

Join a team of physicians and staff delivering full service eye care, retina, glaucoma, and corneal care.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in the optical field is required.
• At least 2 years experience working as an Optician is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Sales experience is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Guiding patients in the selection of optical products to accommodate their prescription and financial requirements.
• Ordering frames and lenses from vendors.
• Assisting with frame adjustments and repairs.
• Collecting payments and enters charges and payments into the Practice Management system.
• Demonstrating strong customer service and sales skills, as well as experience with computer systems.
