Canon Eye Care is seeking an Optician in Colorado to educate patients on lens options, assist with frame selections, and meet sales goals. Training is available for those new to optics. The role emphasizes patient care, accuracy in prescriptions, and collaboration with physicians.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with Customer Service or Sales is preferred - BONUS is Optical Experience!

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on their corrective lens options and help them make a choice that fits their medical needs as well as lifestyle preferences
• Provide honest but compassionate feedback about aesthetic choices in frames
• Achieve sales goals and quotas as determined by office staff while attending to patients’ specific needs and desires
• Review Physician’s prescriptions and orders based on medical charts
• Operate manual lensometer and other tools to achieve proper fittings for patients
• Manage inventory of frames and contact lenses to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and product variety
• Communicate with physician with questions or concerns about prescriptions and other eye-related issues

Canon Eye Care is looking for an Optician who is highly motivated and will help to create the energy and excitement around our products and services by providing the right style solutions for our patients’ lifestyles. Schedule

• Competitive hourly wage - $17-20/hour
