This role supports Navy/DoD/IC missions and involves field testing and proposal development. Senior professionals will guide other engineers, manage projects, and develop new EO solutions while ensuring system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science is required.
• 14+ or 19+ years of relevant experience depending on seniority.
• Active involvement in optical design projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and tolerance optical lens systems to meet performance requirements.
• Perform analyses to validate performance of optical systems.
• Collaborate on opto-mechanical designs and imaging sensors.
• Support field-testing of imaging systems.
• Contribute to proposals, reports and presentations.
