IDEX is seeking a Product Manager for Optical drives to define product strategy, roadmap, and commercial alignment for optical solutions within Global Semiconductors. You will connect customer needs, market trends, and technology capabilities into a disciplined plan to drive growth and differentiation.
You will own assigned optical offerings, partner with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to prioritize opportunities, define requirements, and support global commercialization with a focus on
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or related field is required.
- 8+ years in product management, applications engineering, technical sales, or related fields for complex technical products.
- Strong understanding of optical products, optical systems, and semiconductor applications.
Responsabilités
- Own the product strategy, roadmap inputs, positioning, and lifecycle priorities for optical products and applications.
- Translate customer requirements, technology trends, and competitive activity into clear product priorities.
- Partner with Sales, Applications Engineering, and Engineering to align direction with capabilities and business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, track portfolio health, and develop launch materials and training content.
