Job Description: Optical Sales Associate

Our heritage in eye care spans more than 100 years. In 1885, opticians William Wall and Charles Ochs opened their first eyeglass store and manufacturing facility in Philadelphia, PA. What You'll Do

The successful Optical Sales Associate provides excellent service, ensuring a positive experience for patients, customers, colleagues, and partners. You will work with the Optical Sales Manager to:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Drive sales and manage expenses
• Achieve personal and store goals
• Implement operational and procedural processes effectively
• Engage with patients and customers to meet prescriptive eyewear needs

Requirements

What We Need

• Optical or retail skills preferred
• Strong sales ability: connect with customers, identify needs, recommend products, and educate based on our CURE selling model
• Polished communication and customer-centric service skills
• Proficiency with POS and computer systems
• Ability to interact with diverse populations
• Self-motivated, action-oriented, creative problem solver, open to feedback and learning
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and special sales events
• Physical ability to perform job duties and multitask in a busy environment
