Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and support store sales goals. You will help customers choose eyewear, dispense glasses and contacts when allowed by state law, and educate on lens care.

You’ll maintain records, manage phone inquiries, keep the store clean, and assist with inventory and shrink prevention. Typical duties include processing orders, staying aligned with brand standards, and participating in growth

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
• In some locations, duties may depend on licenses or credentials required by state law.
