Job summary

America's Best is part of National Vision, a leading optical retailer with 1,000+ stores in the U.S. The Sales Associate position focuses on delivering an exceptional eyewear shopping experience and supporting daily store operations.

You'll assist customers with eyewear selection, dispense lenses where permitted, and maintain accurate records while helping to meet sales goals. Growth opportunities exist within the National Vision family.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Skilled at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
