America's Best is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate in Minneapolis to deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting daily store operations. You will assist customers in selecting eyewear, dispense lenses and educate on care, with emphasis on accuracy in records and efficient communication with staff.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where allowed by state law.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention.
