What you'll do:
The successful Optical Sales Associate provides excellent service to ensure a positive experience for patients, customers, colleagues, and partners. You will work with the Optical Sales Manager to:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Drive sales and manage expenses
• Achieve personal and store goals
• Follow operational and procedural guidelines
• Engage with patients and customers to meet prescriptive eyewear needs

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who:

• Have optical or retail experience (preferred)
• Possess strong sales skills to connect with customers, identify needs, recommend products, and educate based on our CURE selling model
• Have polished communication and customer service skills
• Are proficient with POS and computer systems
• Can interact effectively with diverse populations
• Are self-motivated, action-oriented, and problem solvers open to feedback and learning
• Are reliable and punctual
• Are flexible with scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and sales events
• Can meet physical demands and multi-task in a busy environment
