What you'll do:

The successful Multi-Site Optical Sales Associate provides excellent service to ensure a positive experience for patients, customers, colleagues, and partners. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering outstanding customer service and satisfaction
• Driving sales and managing expenses
• Achieving personal and store goals
• Executing operational and procedural tasks effectively
• Engaging with patients and customers to meet prescriptive eyewear needs

The Multi-Site Optical Sales Associate will work across multiple store locations within the assigned district.

Requirements:

We need candidates who:

• Have optical/retail skills (preferred)
• Can connect with customers, uncover needs, recommend products, and educate based on our CURE selling model
• Possess polished communication and customer service skills
• Can operate POS and computer systems
• Can interact effectively with diverse groups of people
• Are self-motivated, action-oriented, creative problem solvers, and receptive to feedback and learning
• Are reliable and punctual
• Are flexible with scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and sales events
• Can meet physical demands and multitask in a busy environment
• Are willing to work across multiple store locations within the district
