What you'll do:

The successful Optical Sales Associate provides excellent service to ensure a professional and positive experience for patients, customers, colleagues, and partners. You will work with the Optical Sales Manager to:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Drive sales and manage expenses
• Achieve personal and store goals
• Implement operational and procedural processes effectively
• Engage with patients and customers to fulfill prescriptive eyewear needs

Requirements

What we need:

• Optical or retail experience preferred
• Strong sales skills: connecting with customers, uncovering needs, recommending products, and educating based on our CURE selling model
• Polished communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with POS and computer systems
• Ability to interact with diverse people
• Self-motivated, action-oriented, creative problem solver open to feedback and learning
• Reliability and punctuality
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during sales events
• Physical ability to perform job duties and multitask in a busy environment
