SOUTH FLORIDA EYECARE CENTER – Homestead, FL

The Optical Sales Associate provides support to the Optician with sales, ordering, selling frames and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greeting Customers
• Assist customers with selecting frames and sales.
• Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
• Assist Optician in placing orders and keep track of inventory.
• Maintain records of customer prescriptions, work orders, and payments.
• Instruct customers in how to wear and care for eyeglasses.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma
• Experience working in retail environment required
• Optical sales experience preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent customer service and retail skills with the ability to sell high end optical products and services confidently.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task
• Must be polite, friendly and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
