As a Retail Associate, your responsibilities include guiding patients in selecting eyewear, ensuring accurate measurements and prescriptions, overseeing production, and dispensing glasses with personalized care.

Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional customer service by leveraging your optical expertise and product knowledge.
2. Stay informed about sales, promotions, and company policies.
3. Process payments and refunds using our Point of Sale system.
4. Educate patients on eyeglass care.
5. Process insurance claims.
6. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
7. Create and manage patient files confidentially.
8. Take measurements, prepare work orders, and inspect final products for accuracy.
9. Adjust and repair frames as needed.
10. Price, stock, and organize merchandise.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Optical industry experience is a plus.
