Role Overview: As a Retail Associate, you will assist patients in selecting suitable eyeglass frames, lenses, and coatings, ensure accurate measurements and prescriptions, oversee production, and dispense glasses with personalized care.

Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional customer service by leveraging optical expertise to meet customer needs and offer informed guidance.
2. Stay updated on sales, promotions, and company policies.
3. Process payments and refunds via our Point of Sale system.
4. Educate patients on eyeglass care and maintenance.
5. Handle insurance claims accurately.
6. Maintain current product knowledge.
7. Create and manage patient files confidentially.
8. Take measurements, prepare work orders, and inspect final products for accuracy.
9. Adjust and repair frames as necessary.
10. Price, stock, and organize merchandise efficiently.

Requirements
