• Process payments and refunds using our Point of Sale system.
• Educate patients on eyeglass care and ensure accuracy of prescriptions.
• Take measurements, prepare work orders, and inspect final products.
• Adjust and repair frames as needed and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Process insurance claims and manage patient files with confidentiality.
• Price, stock, and organize merchandise to optimize in-store experience.
