Qualifications

• 8+ years in optical systems development across full product life cycle.
• 3+ years of direct management experience leading technical teams.
• Experience with lasers, detectors, modulators, optical fiber and metrology equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and qualification of optical system and metrology for ISL products.
• Define test requirements and align engineering and production teams.
• Oversee optical module design validation testing and deliver test reports.
• Drive resolutions for technical problems in testing and manufacturing.
• Develop and improve optical measurement methods using interferometers, cameras, imaging systems, and Hartmann sensors.
• Ensure MATLAB/Python scripts for data analysis and visualization are in place.
• Own measurement processes and procedures for volume manufacturing and transfer to production.
