Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with electro-mechanical or opto-mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day quality engineering for manufacturing operations.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to improve process capabilities.
• Lead Measurement System Analysis (MSA) activities and develop control strategies.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
