What you'll do:

The successful Optical Sales Manager delivers excellence and leads by example to ensure a professional and positive experience for all patients, customers, colleagues, and business partners. They supervise, coach, and develop optical staff to the next level and oversee:

• Commitment to delivering excellence in customer service and satisfaction
• Driving sales and controlling expenses
• Achieving personal and store goals
• Executing effective operational and procedural processes
• Engaging with patients and customers to fulfill prescriptive eyewear needs

Requirements

What we need:

• Experienced Optician only need apply
• Strong sales ability to connect with customers, uncover needs, recommend products, and educate based on our CURE selling model
• Polished communication and customer service skills
• Experience with POS, computer, timekeeping systems, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work with diverse people
• Self-motivated, action-oriented, and a creative problem solver open to feedback and learning
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and sales events
• Ability to meet physical job requirements and multitask in a busy environment
