Overview

Licensed Optician / Optical Sales Manager position (Job ID 22072) with US Vision. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, leading optical staff, and driving sales while maintaining professional client experiences across the store.

• Deliver excellence in customer service and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Licensed Optician as required by state
• Sales ability to connect with customers, uncover needs, recommend items, and educate on purchases (CURE selling model)
• Polished, professional communication and customer-centric service skills
• Experience with POS, computer and timekeeping systems, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work with and service diverse people
• Self-motivation, action-oriented, and creative problem solver open to feedback
• Reliability and punctuality to maintain store hours and coverage
• Flexibility for scheduling, including weekends and holidays and special sales events
• Ability to meet physical job demands and multitask in a busy environment
