The Lab Technician assists the Lab Manager in operating the lab to ensure quality and same-day service standards are met.

Job Description – The Specifics

• Operate all lab machinery to fabricate quality eyewear that conforms to company standards and tolerances.
• Perform machine maintenance.
• Ensure store cleanliness and waste disposal policies are followed at all times.
• Maintain awareness of same-day service using the “Ready When Promised” production board.
• Accurately and promptly complete all required paperwork and documentation.
• Build strong, supportive, and constructive relationships with doctors, peers, and company leaders.

• Ability to learn how to operate and maintain lab machinery and equipment.
• Detail-oriented; able to accurately transcribe words and numbers.
