Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience working in the optical industry.
• Experience managing people is preferred.
• Experience working in a lab environment and with optical lab machinery.

Responsibilities

• Lab management: maintain the lab area and equipment safely and organize the team to meet production goals.
• Oversee daily/weekly/monthly equipment maintenance per schedule.
• Identify and solve production problems and facilitate team problem-solving.
• Interpret prescription specifications accurately and maintain high workmanship and quality.”
