Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical inventory or field installation.
• Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP networking and topology concepts.
• Experience with coordinating onsite technicians and project tasks.
• Experience with optical/medical instrument installation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation, system integration, testing, and maintenance of optical exam equipment at locations.
• Create and maintain detailed records of all installation activities.
• Coordinate with onsite technicians to ensure on-time, standards-compliant installations.
• Identify and resolve equipment install-related issues; track open items to closure.
• Manage equipment inventory, including tracking, maintenance, and returns.
