Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Santa Rosa, CA, seeks a Sampling Oscilloscopes Product Planner to shape the portfolio and software strategy for high‑speed optical and electrical measurement. You will align roadmap priorities with market needs, drive requirements for advanced photonics testing, and partner with R&D, marketing, and manufacturing to enable successful product launches.

You will influence standards and technology directions while shaping business cases, forecasts, and growth plans for AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field related to optics or electronics.
• Minimum 5 years in product planning, management, marketing, or related roles in test & measurement, photonics, or semiconductor industries.
• Strong understanding of optical/electrical communications and high-speed interconnects.

Responsibilities

• Own the short- and long-term roadmap for optical and electrical sampling oscilloscope products and software.
• Define requirements and growth strategies for waveform analysis and transmitter characterization.
• Drive roadmap planning for PAM signaling, CPO, silicon photonics, and related technologies.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor next‑gen interconnect trends (224G/448G/896G).
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, and manufacturing to launch new solutions.
