A strong background in physics or electrical engineering and hands-on experience with EM

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Optics, or Optical Engineering with EO emphasis.
• Proven experience using EM solver software for EO device design.
• Experience designing electro-optical devices (sensors, transceivers, lasers, PICs).
• Ability to translate customer needs into product features and specs.

Responsibilities

• Co-author technical marketing materials and product descriptions for the Optical Design Engineering team.
• Represent Keysight at industry events and stay current with optical technology trends.
• Collaborate with R&D to generate requirements and roadmap development.
• Support agile software development activities and manage alpha/beta programs.
• Engage with external partners to enhance product capabilities.
• Assist sales and customers through on-site visits and technical presentations.
