Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Dallas, TX is seeking a Distribution Clerk to receive, stock, and prepare merchandise for distribution to stores. This role supports our wholesale and retail network with accuracy and efficiency.

You will process merchandise per procedures, pick to replenishment schedules, and assist with shipments. The ideal candidate has basic warehouse experience, can lift up to 40 pounds, and is comfortable working on your feet all day.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of executive experience.
• Excellent mathematical aptitude and numerical recognition.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested by Supervisors/Manager.
• Ability to communicate and cooperate with DC associates.
• Ability to use material handling equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.).
• Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work in a stand/walk position for up to 10 hours.
• Ability to interact professionally with both corporate and non-corporate personnel.
• Prior experience in distribution center/warehouse preferred.
• Optical knowledge and/or worked in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming merchandise.
• Processes merchandise per the established procedures.
• Stocks merchandise to the appropriate location.
• Picks merchandise per the established procedures and replenishment schedule.
• Prepares merchandise for new stores.
• Prepares merchandise for shipment.
• Completes projects as assigned by DC Supervisor and/or Manager.
