Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operational experience in an optical office is preferred.
• Leadership experience in a team setting is desirable.
• American Board of Opticianry certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all optical departments across sites.
• Direct staff and schedule to meet clinical and business needs.
• Maintain inventory, financial reporting, and CMS fee updates.
• Lead hiring, training, and staff development programs.
• Assist in dispensing, patient education, and ensuring quality service.
• Ensure compliance with DME, certifications, and confidentiality.
