Job summary

Southwest Range Services in New Mexico is seeking a qualified professional to manage and secure optical data workflows at Holloman High Speed Test Track. You will handle system administration for equipment that digitizes, converts, edits, and archives high-speed data.

A BS in EE/CS/IT or five years of relevant experience is required, plus knowledge of TCP/IP networks and server software. Candidates must obtain a SECRET clearance and CompTIA Security+; occasional field work and after-hours

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level technical degree or 5+ years in relevant field.
• Experience with IT systems and procedures in technical environments.
• Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP) and LAN/WAN concepts.
• Experience with software used to digitize and manage media data.

Responsibilities

• System administration for data collection and archiving equipment.
• Develop and maintain database software for equipment usage tracking and billing data.
• Provide technical support for user software and accounts; assist outside normal hours as needed.
• May serve as IASO and document security policies and procedures.
