Responsibilities

• Analyze production metrics to identify trends and drive improvement actions.
• Drive process refinements to lift yield and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Production to remove roadblocks.
• Create clear SOPs, training guides, and technical documentation.
• Support new product introductions through controlled trials and method enhancements.
• Troubleshoot floor issues and assist with machine setups.
