You’ll document improvements, participate in continuous improvement projects, and help scale best practices across teams. The role emphasizes hands‑on learning on a fast‑moving floor with cross‑functional collaboration across Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Production.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar).
• 0–3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Sharp analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Dig into production metrics to spot trends and drive improvement actions.
• Refine processes to lift yield, boost efficiency, and improve product performance.
• Collaborate with production to fine-tune equipment settings and maximize uptime.
• Support new product introductions through controlled trials and method updates.
• Troubleshoot floor issues, assist with machine setups, and coordinate upgrades.
• Work with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Production to remove roadblocks.
• Create SOPs, training guides, and technical documentation for reference.
• Advance continuous improvement using Lean, 6S, and root-cause analysis.
