Job summary

Eye Health America is seeking a team member to join our optical department. The role requires optical experience and the ability to multi-task with a positive attitude. Travel to other offices may be required, and overtime could be possible.

You will assist patients in selecting frames and lenses, manage lab orders, file insurance claims, and support inventory and billing processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Optical experience required.
• ABO certification preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assisting patients and customers with the selection of frames, lenses, and lens treatments.
• Ordering lenses from the lab.
• Filing insurance claims.
• Final inspection of lab work prior to notifying patient that their order is ready.
• Return and track returns for inventory purposes.
• Processing invoices for payment.
