Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an Operations Security (OPSEC) SME Technical Analyst to provide subject matter expertise in OPSEC planning, assessments, and risk mitigation for 16th Air Force (AFCYBER) operations. The role focuses on identifying vulnerabilities, developing mitigation strategies, and delivering high-quality analytical products for senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of DoD/USAF OPSEC policy, strong analytical and professional writing skills, and will operate on-site

Qualifications

Requires TS/SCI clearance with high-assurance level.
9+ years of OPSEC planning and assessment experience.
Expert knowledge of USAF/DoD OPSEC principles and practices.
Ability to deliver customer-ready assessment reports and executive summaries.

Responsibilities

Provide OPSEC SME support for cyber and multi-domain operations planning and assessments.
Identify risks to sensitive information from threats and vulnerabilities.
Develop OPSEC plans, OEAs, OMA, and related assessments.
Produce clear, concise, technically accurate reports for leadership.
Support operational planning by identifying critical information and countermeasures.
Evaluate operational processes for OPSEC vulnerabilities and OH.
