Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. in Indiana is seeking a Security Specialist II (OPSEC) to support NSWC Crane. This role requires in-person presence with a strong background in OPSEC program administration, risk assessment, and coordination with security policy SMEs.

The successful candidate will advise on OPSEC requirements, assist with annual assessments, and help maintain continuity binders while supporting training and awareness across military and civilian staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security, with ability to follow complex instructions.
• Knowledge of security classification, access to classified information, and clearance processes.
• Experience conducting inspections and risk assessments; SCI knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist administration of the OPSEC program and assessments.
• Prepare guidance for NAVSEA and Command.
• Promote OPSEC and ensure OWG duties are followed.
• Coordinate with security policy SMEs and Team Leads across security domains.
• Support OPSEC continuity binder and training initiatives.
