Job summary

Doist is seeking an experienced engagement consultant to map and optimize enterprise processes. You will diagnose operational friction, redesign target-state workflows, and design robust operating models with clear governance and decision rights.

The role emphasizes hands-on AI-powered prototypes, PoC delivery, and stakeholder-facing storytelling to secure buy-in and measurable ROI across complex client engagements.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in management consulting or equivalent roles at enterprise technology, SaaS, or professional services.
• Demonstrated experience in at least two: organizational design, operating-model transformation, change management, technology enablement, process engineering, or go-to-market execution.
• Track record of building structured, evidence-based arguments for senior stakeholders.
• Experience on organizational assessments, process redesigns, or large-scale technology rollouts is a strong differentiator.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, or prototypes — shipped something functional.
• Ability to scope and build a working PoC within client engagements — fast, focused, and decision-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state workflows end-to-end and diagnose root causes of operational friction.
• Redesign processes for target-state operations with lean workflows and clear decision rights.
• Design operating models including org structure, roles, governance, and cross-functional interaction models.
• Establish baselines and a measurement framework to track ongoing improvement.
• Identify value gaps in stalled implementations and restore ROI trajectory.
• Build reporting cadences linking initiative to impact.
• Develop AI-powered prototypes using LLMs and no-code/low-code tools and ship functional components.
• Advise clients on where AI adds value versus distraction without overselling.
• Support tool rollout and ensure adoption is grounded in process design and change management.
