Job summary

Milestone Commissioning, LLC is seeking an experienced OPS TAR Commissioning Lead to join our team. This on-site role supports startup and performance testing of equipment within their discipline, under the guidance of the Commissioning Manager and Senior Engineers.

The role requires 5-8 years of experience, authorization to work in the U.S., and travel, including overseas assignments. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential for successful commissioning projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the owner of commissioning within their discipline and support startup of equipment and performance testing.
• Develop commissioning plans and procedures for equipment within their disciplines.
• Identify startup spares for their disciplines.
• Attend FATs and document results in FAT Reports.
• Coordinate with Vendors at site.
• Plan and manage pre-commissioning and commissioning activities within their discipline.
• Supervise Technicians during commissioning and startup preparation.
• Ensure the safety of all Technicians.
• Coordinate with USCG to witness and walkthrough living quarters.
• Oversee preservation of living quarters after mechanical completion.

Essential Functions:

• The Commissioning Discipline Leads within their respective disciplines will act as the owners of their systems and support Operations with startup of equipment and performance testing. The Commissioning Discipline Leads work with the Commissioning Manager, Sr. Commissioning Engineer, and Commissioning Superintendent in development of commissioning plans and procedures for the equipment within their disciplines.
• Identifies all startup spares for their respective disciplines.
• Attend FATs and document results in a FAT Report.
• Coordinate with Vendors at site.
• Plan and manage pre-commissioning and commissioning activities within their discipline.
• Supervision of all Technicians during commissioning and startup preparation.
• Ensuring the safety of all Technicians.
• Develop living quarter testing procedures.
• Coordinate with USCG to witness and walkthrough living quarters.
• Oversee preservation of the living quarters after mechanically complete.
• Prepare living quarters for transportation to site.
• Manage function safety system tests of the facilities prior to turnover.
• Continuously practices Quality Control while executing the work.
• Actively promotes and personally observes all company, client, and regulatory Health, Safety, Security, & Environment (HSSE) procedures

Requirements:
