Job summary

OilStates Industries in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Inventory Analyst to monitor, analyze, and report on inventory valuation and production costs while tracking trends in manufacturing conditions.

You will work with multiple departments to improve absorption, throughput, and efficiency, implement new procedures, and support KPI development. A high school diploma and 2 years in manufacturing are required; experience with Glovia ERP and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Two years of work experience, preferably in a fast past manufacturing environment.
• Proficient using Glovia or other manufacturing ERP system.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint).
• Partners with various departments to accomplish objectives.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Evening and occasional weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Completes special projects for all department managers.
• Completes special projects for the Operations Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged sitting and use of a computer, keyboard and printer.
• Frequent standing, reaching with arms and hands, climbing or balancing.

• Moderate walking and use of stairs.
• Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
• Must be able to work in temperatures over 100 degrees.
