Job summary

International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) seeks an Operations Supervisor in Beloit, WI to lead logistics, warehousing, and materials management for a world-class site. You will drive KPIs, safety, quality, and productivity while coaching a growing team.

The role is on-site, Monday–Friday with occasional after-hours support to sustain continuous manufacturing operations. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, or a high school diploma with 5+ years in large-scale manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams in manufacturing, logistics, or operations with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics, warehousing, materials management, inventory, and distribution.
• Serve as liaison between operating area and Site Leadership Team.
• Develop and track plant KPIs to drive safety, quality, service, and productivity.
• Provide coaching, training, and career development for team members.
• Drive improvements in uptime, equipment reliability, and GMP compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
• Collaborate with Ops, Engineering, Maintenance, QA to resolve production challenges.
• Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance and safe work culture.
• Support employee engagement and cross-functional collaboration across department and site.
