The Shift Supervisor for Secondary Markets (Outlet/Recycling) will primarily work in the Outlet and Recycling environment, assisting the Assistant Manager in leading staff, overseeing customer service, and maintaining the appearance of the sales floor and warehouse. The role includes acting as Manager-on-Duty and supporting organizational mission through excellent customer service.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in retail, recycling, or warehouse settings is preferred. Must have attention to detail, physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 75 lbs, and operate equipment. Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Effective communication skills are essential.
