Job summary

Threat Tec, LLC is seeking an Operations and Requirements Planner to support the One World Terrain (OWT) program for the U.S. Army in Orlando, FL.

The role requires advising on objectives and long-range plans, coordinating technology and requirements across Army commands, and driving DOTMLPF solutions for terrain capabilities. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree with 25+ years of relevant experience and an active TOP SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field with 25+ years of experience
• Active DoD TOP SECRET clearance required at start
• Experience with JCIDS, Army acquisition and requirements development
• Experience coordinating across Army Commands and Centers of Excellence
• Strong planning, briefing and writing skills

Responsibilities

• Recommend and advise on program objectives, long-range plans and required resources.
• Manage administrative, program support and personnel-services duties for the line of effort.
• Help manage multi-organization, cross-functional events.
• Participate in creating, refining and coordinating technology across multiple commands and Army Commands within JCIDS and Army acquisition processes.
• Coordinate with Army Centers of Excellence on DOTMLPF solution recommendations.
• Work with Top Secret information as required.
