• Special Project work related to strategic initiatives within the bank — could be related to Channel applications, Loan Systems, Mobile / Online Banking, CRM, Operations.
• Monthly Vendor Management meetings and SLA reporting.
• Leverage generative AI tools to improve internal processes, create GPTs for automation, and enhance business presentations.

The 2026 Santander Summer Internship Program is for undergraduate students and/or graduate level students who have an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May/June 2027.

As an Ops Planning & Analysis intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience at the intersection of finance,operations, and technology, contributing to high-impact projects across multiple business lines. You’ll be exposed to operations systems, regulatory frameworks, and the full lifecycle of project execution — from design to delivery. The role also offers visibility to senior leadership and the opportunity to translate technical insights into strategic business outcomes.

Responsibilities of the Ops Planning & Analysis internship role may include but are not limited to:
