Qualifications

• Undergraduate student with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and May/June 2027.
• Area of study aligned to MIS, Business, Analytics, PM, CS.
• GPA 3.0 or above.
• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and courage.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Agile ceremonies: PI Planning, SoS, ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt.
• Support metrics: feature burndown, team velocity, predictability.
• Maintain dashboards in JIRA, Confluence, Excel, or Power BI.
• Coordinate PI Planning logistics, invites, agendas, and templates.
• Publish PI plans with team objectives, risks, and scope.
