Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join our operations team in New York. You will pick and pack items for dispatch, receive pallets, verify inventory, and assist with kitchen items if applicable. The role requires standing/walking for long periods and lifting up to 49 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or retail environments preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st/2nd/3rd).
• Stands and walks for shift duration; lifts up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify inventory vs PO/invoice; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Handle, scan and move product safely; operate carts and pallet jacks.
• Prepare, package and stage/handoff orders.
