Responsibilities

• Prepare production equipment before content shoots.
• Assist with setup and breakdown during shoots and events.
• Purchase and organize props, wardrobe pieces, and supplies for content creation.
• Provide meals and hospitality for meetings and shoots.
• Run local errands (Target, FedEx, UPS, post office, office stores).
• Order and restock office and production supplies.
• Maintain organization of office and equipment storage.
• Assist with conference rooms, meetings, and client presentations.
• Provide executive support to the CEO (scheduling, research, travel prep).
• Support networking events, client activations, and agency initiatives.
